Life Drawing 25th April 2010

This week's life-drawing was pretty erratic for me. I'd been ill the day before and was feeling especially weedy and uncontrolled. Model was nice, with an interesting shaved head, but I got a lot of back poses! I couldn't do justice to her facial features, which were quite lovely.
My 2-minute and 5-minute sketches were indifferent - my hand was shaking so the proportions were all off! So I have a 10-minute pose and two 20-minute poses here.

Struggled a bit today, but will soldier on.
Sometimes my drawing goes so bad I want to erase it, but I figure it's all part of the learning process, so I draw over the ones I can't stand, hence the overlapping on some of the drawing.

It shames me to say that it's been over a year since I went to a life-drawing class, but having recently discovered that there are classes held near where I live, I have resolved to go once a week.

Boggle

I was given this to work from for the CTT thread on Unit 16.
This one was a horrible struggle to even get to this stage, so imagine what it looked like BEFORE I had help with it!
