Today's topic was Giant Daydreamer. I did a few thumbnails but they were all looking like cavemen so I figured I'd try a giant of a different species. My intention was to keep the colours flat, and consequently my idea of lighting went out the window! Plus it doesn't really register this animal is a giant... I needed some scaling elements, like a shipwreck or a scuba diver. More elements to the daydream bubble would've been better, such as the flying octopus going over buildings.
Next time, Gadget.

That's cute though (but then again I have a thing for octopus).
Regardless of the original intent, the final image is totally solid, Jackson. The curly octopoid angles are super-swell!
